  • 1. This page is for customers who wish to clear pending dues on their FASTag accounts. Regular recharges cannot be processed here.

  • 3. If recharge has failed and refund is not received, please raise dispute via source bank or UPI payment app for refund.
  • 4. No refund will be done for successful recharges. Refund of loaded amount can only be taken by FASTag account owner by closing the FASTag wallet through customer login portal.
